10 Golden Rules
To keep your heart and prevent heart attacks:

Don't neglect any chest pain. Remember, it could be heart attach.

Control diabetes, high blood pressure / cholestrol.

If family history of heart attack have genetic counselling.

Keep ideal weight.

Have yearly check up (ECG, Chest X-ray, Lipid profile, Echo).

Regular walking jogging.

Reduce stress.

Yoga.
